accommodating staff convenient location filthy terrace banging doors
The hotel staff was very accommodating. I found many restaurants and bakeries nearby , so it was easy to eat. It was also easy to get to the hotel from Gare du Nord.
The terrace was pretty filthy , and I had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. There was a lot of noise from banging doors and from neighboring rooms.

helpful staff short walk
i found the staff very accommodating, they remembered my name. the location was a short walk to a bridge with a lovely eiffel tower view.
the cold water tap was a bit stiff, it was barely possible to turn it

excellent restaurants sightseeing location tennis location dirty carpet chipped paint broken shower
i chose this location to see roland garros tennis. it was about a 30 minute walk. local restaurants were all excellent. the location was good for sightseeing too.
paint was chipped on every wall? carpets were dirty and furniture was dusty! they claim to be a 5 star hotel. my shower was broken and hit me in the face.

comfortable bed good size good water pressure rude staff mouldy window tv crack
the room was a good size the bed was enormous and very comfortable. the receptionist alejandro was very cute and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants in the area. the shower was quite nice with good water pressure.
the room had a hand print on the door wall the bathroom window was mouldy and there was a crack in the tv. the spa could do with touching up in the pool area. staff was very rude i bought a package and had been chatting back and forward with the manager who assured me it would be perfect i did not even receive the package.

helpful staff rainfall shower easy walk small room empty minibar extra charge
The staff were really nice! They helped me with directions. The room had modern facilities. I especially liked the rainfall shower. The location allowed an easy walk to various cafes.
The room size was smaller than I expected. The minibar was empty. It lacked any options. I found the extra charge for the spa surprising. It should be included.
